Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event at The Yacht Club. This seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from West Robins prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with wine or a signature Tito’s Vodka cocktail.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, The Yacht Club, and sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, The Yacht Club’s role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
