Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event on the terrace at abc kitchens DUMBO. This seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Island Creek Oysters, prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with champagne from Champagne Telmont or a signature Culch Vodka cocktail.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, abc kitchens, and sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, abc kitchens’ role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
