Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event with Jams at 1 Hotel Central Park. The seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Oysterponds Shellfish Co, prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with wine from New Zealand Winegrowers or a signature Farmer’s Gin cocktail.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, Jams, and sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Jams’ role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
