Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event at the iconic Grand Central Oyster Bar. The seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Ocean State Shellfish Cooperative, prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with wine from Currently Wine Co. or a signature cocktail from Culch Vodka.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, Currently Wine Co., and Culch Vodka will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Grand Central Oyster Bar’s role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
