Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event at Barlume Downstairs in Flatiron. The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Peeko Oysters, prepared in three different ways, and paired with wine or signature cocktail from Farmer’s Gin.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, Barlume, and Farmer's Gin will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Barlume's role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
