Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event at The P.J. Clarke's on the Hudson. This seated tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters donated by our shell recycling operators, The Lobster Place, prepared in three different ways. Each course will be paired with beer from Three's Brewing Co. or a signature Isco Spirits cocktail.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, P.J. Clarke’s, and sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, The restaurant’s role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
