Elevate your evening with VIP access, beginning with an exclusive tasting hour from 6 PM to 7 PM. Enjoy one-on-one conversations with renowned chefs and oyster farmers in a more intimate setting, all while sipping handcrafted cocktails curated just for our VIP guests.

• Access to the VIP Lounge – Featuring a private bar and an outdoor deck overlooking New York Harbor. Enjoy a private space to relax, connect with fellow supporters, and soak in the views.
• Exclusive culinary offerings – Indulge in specialty cocktail, a bespoke oyster bar, and bites from Chez Margaux, the new private members club by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges.
• Private welcome remarks – Hear from Pete Malinowski, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Billion Oyster Project, in a private address to our VIP community.

From 7 PM – 10 PM, mingle with oyster farmers from across the USA and enjoy unlimited oysters, taste signature bites from NYC's top restaurants and learn about oyster culture and restoration. Wash it all down with brews, sodas, spirits and wines from local partners while overlooking New York Harbor and the iconic NYC skyline!
