World Oceans Day Oyster Social

Celebrate World Oceans Day with us at our next cocktail and oyster-tasting event with La Marchande at the Wall Street Hotel. The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters prepared in three different ways, each course paired with a signature cocktail or wine. Following the tasting, join us at Bar Tontine, the hotel's rooftop bar and lounge with stunning views of the East River and Lower Manhattan.

Throughout the evening we will discuss the pairings along with the oyster's historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.

Seating for this event will be communal and we will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We look forward to hosting you!
